Not at all. Most classes are open to all levels. If you are new to yoga, we recommend starting with our LX Portal Flow or Candlelight Flow. Our teachers offer modifications so that you can adapt your practice as needed.
Yes — all classes at LX Portal are taught entirely in English. We are proud to be Lisbon's go-to studio for the expat and international community.
New clients can enjoy 3 weeks of unlimited classes for just €30. The pass is valid for 3 weeks from your first class and must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase.

No. We provide premium Manduka mats, cork blocks and all props free of charge. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely. We have a bathroom and a changing room available.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Check-in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class.
Yes! LX Portal is a Manduka authorized dealer. Shop Manduka mats, blocks, straps and mat spray. We also offer a curated assortment of clothing and accessories including Brizza Brand, +351, Raw Care, Beysis and more.
